grow long black hair new review Before you go out and spend some money on it (even the low price of this guide), I wanted to give you a peek at what information is contained in this ebook, if it will help you grow your hair faster. In a nutshell, if it is worth getting.

This guide about how African American women can grow their hair longer and faster has been out since 2007. The guide is 96 pages long and features 21 sections. It starts by explaining how you should use the guide to benefit from its content, or in other words how to apply the info to grow your hair faster and stronger.

What I did not like about the guide:

the layout and graphics of the book is somewhat simple,
some instructions could benefit from more pictures and photos,
the sheer amount of information cannot be digested in 5-10 minutes,
I found out there is no miracle recipe (hic!!)

What I really liked about this guide:

the information is well documented,
there are detailed step by step instructions,
you get to understand what actions and products are harmful to your hair,
the information in the book lets you understand how hair growth functions and how proteins & vitamins (like Biotin) affect it,
all the additional (many unknown) tips to grow your hair faster (like “Rich Honey Conditioning”, or “How to reach the perfect balance between moisture, protein and oil”, or “How to use effective scalp massages to increase hair growth”, and many more),
and also the recipes for some home made products you can easily create to enhance the hair growth and care.

The author claims that by following some of the various methods outlined in the ebook your hair will reach its maximum growth potential.

Overall, I would rate the “Grow It long” guide a 4 out of 5 stars. There are many more tips, instructions and guidance for curly or African American hair, which I run out of time to detail here. To have a look at the content yourself, Click HERE.
